Stories are an inherent part of northern mystique – the timeless moments when heaven and earth and summer and winter can exist all at once. Our creativity stems from the stories that we want to tell through our dishes.

The untouched Nordic nature is where we find inspiration in harmony with the changing of the seasons. With the strength of game, we let that inspiration guide us over the rough yet beautiful winter landscape of the fells and through the strong scent of herbs and berries found in the summer wilderness to the treasures hidden deep in the saivo lakes, without forgetting the aroma that the open fires breathe into every moment of the journey.

Our surprise menu is an ode to the diverse nature of the North and the world’s purest unique ingredients sourced from the wild. We have stopped in the middle of the vast wilderness of the North to watch the changing of the seasons and select the best that each has to offer. Through our surprise menu, we aim to transport you to the heart of true Nordic nature.

Our surprise menu is lactose-free. Gluten-free and plant-based versions are also available.
